At MOYASHI JAPAN BOOKS, we strive for perfection in every order, but we accept returns on unworn apparel and accessories within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
